Result Areas

WeGo Together for Kids has six result areas that focus on the conditions of well-being for children and families in West Chicago. Each area has a result statement that reveals the story behind the goal. Within each area, there are indicators, or data metrics, to show us how close we are to achieving the results.

Each result area deploys a variety of strategies we believe will help us reach our goals.

WGTK uses community-level data to help inform the programs and resources developed to support West Chicago families.
